A magnificently written play, set in a small Irish village that has just been invaded by a Hollywood movie production company.  Filled with humor, wit and sadness, all the colorful characters are played by only two hugely talented actors, Sheila Fares and Thomik Deverien.

"Deathtrap" by Ira Levin,  Directed by Michael Barrett,  Produced by Leah McEntee

Sydney Bruhl struggles to write his newest murder mystery.  His writer's block continues until he receives a new manuscript.  Bruhl then wonders if murder is as easy in real life as it is on paper.

John Crouch - Sidney Bruhl

A man living under a cloud, John is a Public Defender in the real world.  He has worked for many years in High Desert community theater, with parts ii "The Jolly St. Nicholas", "The Murder Room", Dr. Jeckell No place to Hyde". Tombstone Terror Stories, and "Arsenic and Old Lace.."

Sheila Fare - Myra Bruhl

Sheila has been acting since High School.  She has been in many shows her including "NataliueNeed a Nightie'", "Murder at the Vicarage",  Inspecting Carol" and "Arsenic and Old . Lace", which she also directed.   When she is not on stage you can findher painting sets.

Michael Barrett - Clifford Anderson

Michael has always enjoyed being an artist.  When he's not acting he's either penning his next piece of literature or planning his next directorial effort.  Sometimes, he does all these together as he did at the theater with "Simple Fortunes", and "Untitled".  His favorite roles include" A Bad Year for Tomatoes", "A Midsummer's Night's Dream".  His most recent productions here included "Merchant of Venice" "Arsenic and Old Lace and " "Harvey".

Donna Fotschky - Helga Ten Dorp, the psychic

Donna was delighted to find this theater after moving back to California from Texas where she had done some film work.  She was Mrs. Clause for Chuck Cheese for several years.  She enjoys theater and audience reactions better than film.  She has appeared in "The Murder Room", "Ladies at the Alamo",  "Arsenic and Old Lace" among many others.

Bennet Bradly - Porter Milgrim, Sidney's Attorney

Bennet is a veteran of the stage.  He has been in many productions over the years including "Inspecting Carol", "Murder at the Vicarage", "Send Me No Flowers", "Arsenic and Old Lace" Along with numerous "Burlesque Shows".
